Release Date: This is a sequel to my last year's Flip book Project, The Highwayman. This project is about Willy Cash and his partner Bugsy during the Prohibition while fighting the corrupt Turnerbelt.

The Sandman: An Underdog Story:

Release Date: A re imagining of the classic story: The Sandman. This tells the story of a blossoming friendship between a down on his luck unlovable orphan and a demon spawn.

This is the storyboard for Take on a-me. I knew the general idea of the video and would purposefully write in parts that allowed me to be more creative when I was filming. The biggest change I made to the music video was the setting. Instead of taking place inside of a sketchbook world, I changed it to a digital 8-bit video game.

Based off of the famous music video by Aha, Take on A-Me tells the story of a lonely retro gamer who tries to make friends through video games. After falling into the video game world, the Protagonist is faced with goons and deadly traps. With the help of his new NPC friend, the Gamer's got to find a way out.

This is the storyboard for In Times of COVID. Like my previous project I knew the general idea of the short and worked more on the specific parts as I was filming. I was trying to base it off of a 50's educational video, taking inspiration from the Goofus and Gallant cartoons. I was trying to comedically show what people should do and what they should not do during the Coronavirus.

In Times of COVID shows the Do's and Dont's of quarantine. Told through the lens of a 50's educational video, we are taken through the lives of GALLANT, a present rule follower and GOOFUS, Gallant's lazy and apathetic twin brother. The two both conduct their normal days in Quarantine, showing both good and bad steps to take to make sure you stay safe.

This is the storyboard for Yesterday-19. After listening to the song I formed a rather specific idea in my head about doing a video about a kid stuck in quarantine remembering about the good times of when he was outside. I thought that this idea would be perfect for the song because the song itself is about a man comparing the grim present to the light hearted past. The storyboard was as specific as the previous ones so that I could have more creative freedom when filming.

Yesterday-19 is about a kid stuck in quarantine, scared of the close presence of the Coronavirus. Looking back at the good times he had outside, the kid realizes that he should have seen the coronavirus coming. Filled with regret and fear of what the virus might do, the kid thinks about how fun everything was before quarantine.
